Rasket for Claude

• Check my Rasket setup and tell me what is left to do.
• Add the domain example.com and give me the DNS records to publish.
• Is example.com verified yet? If not, which record is failing?
• Send a test email from hello@example.com to me@example.com saying the deploy finished.
• What happened to the last email I sent to jane@example.com?
• Draft a campaign to the Beta users segment about the new dashboard. Do not send it.

• Show my bounce and complaint rates for the last seven days.
• Import ada@example.com (Ada) and grace@example.com (Grace) as contacts and add them to the Beta users segment.

Claude also works with automations, contacts, segments, topics and imports, templates and starters, webhooks, and AI drafting and diagnosis. The MCP guide lists every tool.

   claude.ai

   Open Customize, then Connectors. Choose +, then Add custom connector, name it Rasket and paste the connector URL. Choose Connect and approve.

   Claude Desktop

   Desktop uses the connectors on your claude.ai account. Add Rasket there once, then choose Connect in Desktop if it asks you to sign in.

   Claude Code

   Run this, then /mcp in a session to sign in.claude mcp add --transport http rasket https://api.rasket.com/mcp

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector once for the organization. Using ChatGPT or another client? The MCP guide has the steps for each.

• Off until you ask for it

  Connect with https://api.rasket.com/mcp?toolset=inbox. That address works in Claude Code today; a claude.ai connector can't take it yet.

• You send, not Claude

  A reply is previewed first, and Claude asks you before it sends. What customers write reaches Claude as information, never as instructions.

• Summarise my open support conversations and draft replies. Don't send anything.

• No API key in the chat

  Claude signs in with OAuth and gets a token for one team, holding only the scopes you approved.

• Claude asks before it acts

  Every tool says whether it reads, changes or sends, so Claude asks before anything that changes or sends.

• A campaign needs your go-ahead

  Claude drafts it, shows you who it reaches, the subject and the sender, and sends only with the token that preview gave.

• Some things are simply not there

  No tool creates an API key, changes your plan, your billing or who is on your team, or removes a suppression.

• Two deletions, and only two

  delete_contact erases a person for good and delete_webhook removes an endpoint. Domains, campaigns, templates, segments and automations can't be deleted.

• Limited, logged and revocable

  Each connected app has its own limits on calls, sends, campaigns and imports. Every call is in your Logs, and you can revoke the app from Settings.
